東(dong)莞螺絲廠標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)就是(shi)(shi)規范，每個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家和(he)(he)部(bu)(bu)門都(dou)有(you)自己的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。目前，GB—中國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（國(guo)(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美(mei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（美(mei)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）DIN—德國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（德標(biao)(biao)(biao)）ASME—美(mei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)機械工程師協會標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)JIS—日(ri)本國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（日(ri)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)GB—國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)(shi)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)眾多標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)中的(de)一種，另外還有(you)行業標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)和(he)(he)部(bu)(bu)門標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)等。國(guo)(guo)(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)又分：GB（強(qiang)制性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）和(he)(he)GB/T（推薦性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）以及GBn（國(guo)(guo)(guo)家內部(bu)(bu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）等。我們平常看到(dao)的(de)像GB30，GB5783等等都(dou)是(shi)(shi)強(qiang)制性(xing)的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。

以(yi)(yi)上幾種標準除(chu)(chu)了一(yi)(yi)些基本尺寸(cun)(cun)如(ru)頭部對邊、頭部厚度(du)等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)以(yi)(yi)外，最主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)都(dou)有是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)，統稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)。另(ling)(ling)像(xiang)(xiang)ANSI、ASME等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)美(mei)標螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)。除(chu)(chu)了公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)和美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)外還有一(yi)(yi)種BSW—英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標準,其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)，俗稱(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)60度(du)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)和英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60度(du)，而英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)55度(du)。由于(yu)計量(liang)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)，導(dao)致了各種螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示方(fang)法也(ye)不(bu)盡相同(tong)(tong)。例如(ru)像(xiang)(xiang)M16-2X60表(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)。他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)示該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙距(ju)為(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長(chang)度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如(ru)：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)，他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體意思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)（一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)上有20個牙，長(chang)度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)。另(ling)(ling)外要表(biao)示美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話一(yi)(yi)般會在(zai)表(biao)示英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加(jia)上UNC以(yi)(yi)及(ji)UNF，以(yi)(yi)此來區(qu)別(bie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗(cu)牙或是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙。在(zai)平時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中，我(wo)們最常遇到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準是(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標）和DIN（德標）。

東(dong)莞螺絲廠在生(sheng)產品方(fang)面，主要(yao)會接觸到以下(xia)幾種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)(deng)。目(mu)前GB30（老國標(biao)）在(zai)(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)書中已被GB5783（新國標(biao)）所(suo)代替(ti)。GB52（老國標(biao)）在(zai)(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)書中已被GB6170（新國標(biao)）所(suo)代替(ti)。 在(zai)(zai)1986年，國家對(dui)標(biao)準(zhun)件(jian)制定了新標(biao)準(zhun)，一般俗稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)新標(biao)，使(shi)用最多的主要(yao)有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭(tou)粗(cu)桿半牙螺(luo)絲(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精度等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)產品，可用GB5782來代替(ti)（GB5782為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭(tou)粗(cu)桿半牙螺(luo)絲(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精度等(deng)(deng)到級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B級(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭(tou)全牙螺(luo)絲(si)，精度等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)產品。可用GB5783來代替(ti)（GB5783為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭(tou)全牙螺(luo)絲(si)，其(qi)(qi)(qi)精度等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B 級(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)細桿半牙的六(liu)(liu)角螺(luo)絲(si)。

新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區別(bie)在(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)，在(zai)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度上有(you)所區別(bie)。除(chu)M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)外，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)小1MM。分(fen)別(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)反而要(yao)大2MM，應特別(bie)注意(yi)。對(dui)于頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)厚(hou)度，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)和老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)之間(jian)略有(you)差別(bie)，在(zai)要(yao)求不(bu)是非常嚴格的(de)(de)情況下可(ke)以通用。 新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區別(bie)在(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)規格，在(zai)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度上有(you)所差別(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)要(yao)小1MM。而M22的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)，其頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度要(yao)大2MM ，其它的(de)(de)均可(ke)通用。

東莞螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)廠(chang)對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)六角螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)標準(zhun)有(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)它們(men)之間的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)區別有(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)要(yao)比(bi)(bi)GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)，俗(su)稱為(wei)厚(hou)(hou)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)。另外就(jiu)是(shi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)區別，M8的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)系(xi)列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)都是(shi)13MM比(bi)(bi)GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)14MM要(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)為(wei)17MM，比(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)為(wei)19MM比(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)18MM要(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)為(wei)22MM比(bi)(bi)GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)21MM要(yao)大1MM。另外就(jiu)是(shi)M22的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)為(wei)32MM，比(bi)(bi)GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)34MM要(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172除(chu)了其厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)不(bu)一(yi)樣(yang)(yang)外，對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)(du)完全一(yi)樣(yang)(yang)）其余規(gui)格在不(bu)考慮厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)情況下，可(ke)以通用。

螺(luo)絲(si)標(biao)(biao)準規范(fan)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)方(fang)面，國(guo)標(biao)(biao)中有(you)兩(liang)個版(ban)本(ben)，一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個為(wei)GB70—76，76年版(ban)本(ben)，一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個為(wei)GB70—85，85年版(ban)本(ben)，東莞螺(luo)絲(si)廠(chang)現執行(xing)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準，所以在(zai)實際業務操作中應注意區別(bie)(bie)：其中GB70—85與DIN912完(wan)全重合，故對(dui)于使用(yong)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況，不存(cun)在(zai)著差別(bie)(bie)，主要(yao)是(shi)GB70—76與DIN912之(zhi)間(jian)有(you)所區別(bie)(bie)：M8系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)產(chan)品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)12.5MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些,M10系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)產(chan)品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)15MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些,M12系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)18MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊18.27要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些,另(ling)像M16、M20系列(lie)(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)徑(jing)比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)0.33MM，分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)24.33MM和30.33MM。另(ling)外老標(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)對(dui)邊寬度由于標(biao)(biao)準不同而(er)不同，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)對(dui)邊要(yao)小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些，在(zai)業務作業中也應加以注意。 另(ling)外，平(ping)時(shi)可能會用(yong)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)也有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些區別(bie)(bie)，在(zai)此也作一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個說明，在(zai)國(guo)標(biao)(biao)中，有(you)兩(liang)種馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準，即(ji)GB12（小(xiao)(xiao)半圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)絲(si)）和GB14（大(da)半圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)絲(si)），平(ping)時(shi)在(zai)市面上較(jiao)常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)還(huan)有(you)德標(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)準DIN603。東莞螺(luo)絲(si)廠(chang)對(dui)這三者加以區別(bie)(bie)：對(dui)于圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)頸，在(zai)同一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)規格比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)時(shi)是(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通(tong)常在(zai)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)時(shi)，往(wang)往(wang)要(yao)求頭(tou)(tou)(tou)頸大(da)而(er)厚，所以DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準完(wan)全符合要(yao)求。
